Responsibilities
- Providing end-to-end recruitment services, conducting executive searches, and continuously improving recruitment processes to meet business needs.
- Identifying and delivering initiatives to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining a visible presence across sites, and collaborating with HR and senior leaders to understand and address talent needs.
- Overseeing performance, setting objectives, conducting reviews, and providing professional development for Talent Acquisition Advisors.
Requirements
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders across various business units.
- Proactive approach to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
