    Senior Receptionist/Administration Support
    Location: Ruskin Road,Wolverhampton, WV10 8DJ
    Hours: 37\.5 hours per week (Job Share will be considered)
    Salary: £24,350 per annum

    What will you do?
    As a senior receptionist/administration support you will provide comprehensive, professional, and effective receptionist/administrative support to our Counselling and Support Services.
    You will be there to offer a welcoming, efficient service and be the first point of contact to patients, visitors and clients. You will be required to apply a high degree of confidentiality to all your work, whilst ensuring clear communication with all services, teams and colleagues. You will communicate with patients and their relatives by face\-to\-face contact, via telephone and email and keep accurate records of your interactions whilst remaining professional but empathic.
    You will oversea deliveries and be responsible for ensuring all parcel transactions are recorded correctly.
    What we want you to bring.
    You will have previous reception experience, working in a health or social care setting and dealing with the public. You will need to have a qualification in customer service or equivalent. Experience of Microsoft office packages is necessary.
    You will be able to prioritise workloads and have excellent organisational skills. Working as part of a team is key in this role, but you should also be able to be an independent thinker and be able use your own initiative.
    You will need to possess balanced judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with staff, patients, colleagues and visitors.
