Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for a minimum of sixteen hours per month of scheduled service.
- Provide Help Desk support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Track and prioritize all support requests using a dedicated ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Track software licenses and coordinate warranty support.
- Perform hardware/software installation as directed.
- Conduct quarterly security checks of each computer system.
- Provide a monthly support log detailing assistance.
