Responsibilities
  • serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls, emails, and inquiries
  • manage attorney calendar, court dates, and scheduling
  • draft, edit, and proofread legal documents
  • coordinate e-filing and maintain client files
  • manage billing and invoicing in quickbooks
  • oversee office supply inventory
  • assist with onboarding of new clients
  • support internal it communications
Requirements
