Responsibilities
- serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls, emails, and inquiries
- manage attorney calendar, court dates, and scheduling
- draft, edit, and proofread legal documents
- coordinate e-filing and maintain client files
- manage billing and invoicing in quickbooks
- oversee office supply inventory
- assist with onboarding of new clients
- support internal it communications
Requirements
- strong working knowledge of microsoft 365
- administrative or executive support experience in a legal or professional services setting
