We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Parts Counter/ Delivery Driver to join our team. We are looking for an individual with parts knowledge and/or willing to train. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer orders by phone or in person while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Duties
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Parts to designated locations.
Load and unload products, ensuring they are secured properly during transit.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
Experience in retail sales
Familiarity with automotive repair or dealership environments can be beneficial.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing delivery schedules.
Must to able to work in a fast paced environment and organizational and computer skills an asset.
Must have drivers license and a clean driving record
