    Cross\-functional catalyst who unites engineering, design, machine learning, sales, and customer success around shared goals
    Data\-driven decision\-maker who sets success metrics, designs experiments, and adjusts course when the evidence changes.
    Storyteller who can translate complex technical topics into crisp, motivating narratives for both internal teams and external customers.
    What You’ll Need to Succeed
    \+ years of product management experience owning end\-to\-end delivery of BB SaaS products, ideally at growth\-stage companies.
    Communication: exceptional cross\-functional communication that simplifies complexity for executives, clinicians, engineers, and customers alike.
    Execution: proven track record of shipping value fast.
    Technical Aptitude: technical fluency that lets you debate architecture trade\-offs, read API docs, and self\-serve analytics with SQL or BI tools.
    Resourcefulness: entrepreneurial drive to lead high\-impact initiatives with limited resources and a bias for informed action.
    Customer Focus: with a willingness to conduct on\-site observations, user interviews, and deep process mapping.
