• Perform quality checks on scanned documents
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Prepare, index, and scan medical record documentation
• Verify and validate documentation for clinical access
• Ensure timely corrections of documentation
• Maintain DI equipment and supplies
• Participate in required and non-required meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum three years equivalent work experience
• Ability to meet standardized productivity metrics/goals
• Ability to troubleshoot and comprehend technical information
• Successful completion of skills validation and competency testing
