Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts across multiple banking products with regional considerations
- Serve as the design lead on the project team, ensuring quality and consistency in design deliverables
- Review and guide work from mid and junior designers, providing mentorship and clear, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product requirements and UX objectives
- Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct quality checks on UI work and ensure adherence to design acceptance criteria
- Delegate design work effectively, ensuring team members are set up for success
- Conduct regular design critiques and reviews, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- At least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Pen and Paper
- Experience in building and managing responsive Design Language Systems (DLS)
