- • Plan and manage the rollout process for new CXone products or product changes. Responsibilities
So, what’s the role all about?
As the central point of contact for all CXone\-related topics, you will need to have sound technical knowledge, great leadership, and mentoring skills, and bring experience to the workstream that enables the teams to achieve its goals. You will work closely with all other workstreams to enable their participation and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines, including assisting with escalations and commitments from leadership.
Working with other managers, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the strategies, processes, and systems, to take a hands\-on approach to ensuring product development goals are achieved. \
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Lead product managers and coordinate cross\-functional teams.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Experience in product lifecycle management
A background in software development and program management is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile framework

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
