Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team including preparing quotes, updating CRM systems, managing sales documentation, and processing orders.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Help co-ordinating commercial input to the S&OP demand plan for Products and Services.
- Assist in drafting Statements of Work, Purchase Orders and standard NDAs.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Maintain and update internal communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events.
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Manage security and building access.
- Provide front of house support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Experience in Life Sciences or FMCG is preferable but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Qualification in first aid / fire safety is beneficial but not essential.

ANGLE is a world\-leading liquid biopsy company commercialising a patent protected platform technology that can capture rare circulating tumour cells (CTCs) from blood, in a minimally invasive way, for downstream analysis.
ANGLE's Parsortix® system is FDA cleared for its intended use in metastatic breast cancer and is currently the first and only FDA cleared medical device to harvest intact circulating cancer cells from blood. Parsortix technology comprises a microfluidic device that captures CTCs from blood based on their size and compressibility. CTCs are cancer cells that have detached from the primary tumour and entered the blood circulation, and they play a critical role in initiating metastasis. Once harvested, the CTCs can be comprehensively analysed to provide a wealth of information about the patients tumour, advancing cancer research and potentially personalized medicine. This technology has the potential to deliver profound improvements in clinical and health economic outcomes.
ANGLE has established a CTC harvest and analysis service from our UK\-based Clinical Laboratory based in Guildford for customers worldwide. In alignment with company priorities, we plan to rapidly expand our services to include molecular profiling of CTCs and ctDNA using digital PCR and NGS to add to our image\-based assays.

The Sales \& Corporate Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Sales team and wider business operations. This individual will provide high\-quality administrative and customer support, coordinate internal communications and events, and assist with ad hoc facilities tasks to ensure a smooth and engaging workplace environment.

Principal Accountabilities:
Sales and Customer Support
Provide administrative support to the Sales team including preparing quotes, updating CRM systems, managing sales documentation, and processing orders.
Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Help co\-ordinating commercial input to the S\&OP demand plan for Products and Services.
Assistance on drafting Statements of Work, Purchase Orders and standard NDAs, etc.
Support the onboarding process for new customers and assist with logistics related to product demos, deliveries, or service issues.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and assist in the preparation of sales presentations or materials.
Internal Communications \& Events
Point of contact to support and update internal communication channels such as internal emails, SharePoint, company intranet or website.
Gather feedback and measure communication effectiveness via staff surveys
Assist in planning and executing internal events such as team meetings, company away days, company social events, employee engagement activities and, training sessions. .
Liaise with employees\[AP1]\[MM2], vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
Facilities \& Administrative Support
Deputise for the Facilities \& Safety Support Manager in their absence to:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workspaces.
Manage security and building access including point of contact for external contractors and suppliers visiting the office
Provide front of house support including welcoming visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
Engage external contractors as necessary in the event of an emergency call out
Provide ad\-hoc support as required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Attributes:
Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
Experience in Life Sciences or FMCG is preferable but not mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Requirements:
Due to the nature of the role, our requirement is for this position to be Guildford\-based, office hours, five days per week.
