  • 5+ years in Publications Operations within pharma/biotech
  • 1+ years of hands-on iEnvision system support
  • Experience designing SOPs and conducting system training for iEnvision
  • Prior admin-level access to iEnvision or Datavision
  • Strong understanding of publication compliance requirements and processes
  • Proven experience with UAT testing, issue management, and stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus

    The Opportunity
    We are seeking an experienced Publications Operations Specialist with deep knowledge of publication management systems, particularly iEnvision, to support the Medical Affairs team. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of publication processes within a pharma/biotech environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    Ensure accuracy and compliance of publication metadata, timelines, and documentation.
    Manage and support iEnvision system updates, configurations, and content workflows.
    Collaborate with Therapeutic Area/product leads and SMEs on publication activities.
    Provide system training, troubleshooting, and process guidance for stakeholders.
    Support UAT testing, issue tracking, and system enhancement projects.
    Facilitate effective communication and reporting across internal and external partners.
    Required Experience \& Skills
    5\+ years in Publications Operations within pharma/biotech (not general admin/IT).
    1\+ years of hands\-on iEnvision system support (system navigation, configuration, troubleshooting).
    Experience designing SOPs and conducting system training for iEnvision.
    Prior admin\-level access to iEnvision or Datavision.
    Strong understanding of publication compliance requirements and processes.
    Proven experience with UAT testing, issue management, and stakeholder communication.
    Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus.
    Additional Details
    Fully remote (must be based in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time hours).
