VMG is seeking experienced Clinical Quality Improvement (QI) Consultants to support technical assistance (TA) and monitoring efforts under the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). These consultants will provide expertise on clinical quality management (CQM) systems, performance measurement, and continuous improvement strategies across HIV care settings. The QI Consultant plays a vital role in strengthening grantee capacity to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Clinical QI Consultant will:
Participate in site visits or remote TA sessions to assess grantee CQM systems
Provide guidance on performance measurement, data use, and QI project development
Identify opportunities to strengthen viral suppression, retention in care, and service equity
Support the development of findings, recommendations, and TA materials
Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Review grantee QI plans, performance data, and quality benchmarks
Facilitate discussions with grantee staff on improvement initiatives
Recommend strategies to align with HRSA HAB CQM expectations and federal guidelines
Contribute to written deliverables including site visit reports and TA plans
Education and/or Experience
Required:
Background in public health or clinical practice with experience in HIV care quality management
Familiarity with HRSA HAB CQM guidance and federal HIV performance benchmarks
Requirements
Prior experience delivering TA or supporting QI efforts in health systems or HIV programs
Strong analytical and communication skills
