Responsibilities

• Establish and drive infrastructure architecture focusing on security requirements
• Work with Information Security to develop infrastructure requirements
• Identify opportunities to standardize security toolsets
• Ensure alignment of infrastructure architectures with organizational goals
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams
• Drive infrastructure security and compliance requirements
• Facilitate documentation of existing systems architecture
• Provide knowledge transfer and upskilling to Architecture and Engineering teams
• Look for automation and operational improvements
• Maintain relationships and strengthen synergies between teams

Requirements

• Experience with identity infrastructure and synchronization technologies
• Background in end-to-end identity provisioning/deprovisioning standards
• Familiarity with authentication infrastructure, protocols, and access controls
• Familiarity with Microsoft security products and endpoint management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
