Responsibilities

• Supports annual waste management and diversion training
• Proactively leverages resources for outreach regarding client calls
• Oversees and directs multiple projects simultaneously
• Oversees collection of waste-related data
• Maintains knowledge of waste billing practices
• Collaborates with preferred vendors to create reports
• Oversees process for ordering waste management services
• Interacts with clients and operations teams
• Identifies, evaluates, and recommends enhancements to existing processes
• Stays up to date on trends and innovations in the waste industry

Requirements

• 3+ years of waste management experience in real estate and residential housing industry preferred
• True Certification preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence individuals across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated in-person and remote presentation skills, including use of PowerPoint and Web-based meeting programs such as Teams and/or Zoom
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to clients and team members
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated experience providing training, developing thought leadership, and sharing leading best practices
• Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to analyze and understand data related to waste performance
• Occasional travel may be required for business meetings or training programs
