Responsibilities
- provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for outpatients
- manage telephone lines effectively
- administer outpatient clinic diaries
- process patient referral and appointment letters
- respond to enquiries from patients and consultants
- maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- liaise with patients and clinical teams
- develop knowledge of Spire and insurers' products
- maintain high standards of confidentiality
