Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding the new ticketing system.
  • Manage the daily existing ticketing system within timeframes & budgets.
  • Maintain schedules of activity and diary.
  • Engage in facility duties with a hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth venue operations.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (via Teams).
  • Attend meetings (mainly via Teams) to support facility information flow.
  • Tender quotes for new equipment for venues.
  • Manage purchase order procedures and payments.
  • Organise orders and deliveries.
  • Issue weekly summary reports.
  • Update relevant communication platforms.
