Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding the new ticketing system.
- Manage the daily existing ticketing system within timeframes & budgets.
- Maintain schedules of activity and diary.
- Engage in facility duties with a hands-on approach.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth venue operations.
- Organise and maintain filing systems (via Teams).
- Attend meetings (mainly via Teams) to support facility information flow.
- Tender quotes for new equipment for venues.
- Manage purchase order procedures and payments.
- Organise orders and deliveries.
- Issue weekly summary reports.
- Update relevant communication platforms.
