    The role
    We’re looking for a Post Completion Specialist to help drive adoption of our best\-in\-class Post Completion solution and support Account Managers in delivering value to clients. This is a brand new role, focused on expanding usage across a key stage of the conveyancing process.
    You’ll be a technical sales specialist, relationship guru, and implementation lead all in one. You’ll work with our existing clients to implement and train users on this integral component of our end to end conveyancing platform. Working with Account Managers and clients, you’ll support change management efforts and help embed a smarter, more streamlined way of of completing essential post completion tasks.
    As a Post Completion Specialist, you will:
    Become InfoTrack’s client facing expert across our Post Completion solutions
    Work closely with Account Managers targeting clients not currently using Post Completion services
    Join Account Managers in both online and onsite client meetings, training sessions and demonstrations
    Host webinars and clinics to educate and engage clients on Post Completion products
    Find creative ways to persuade key decision makers and overcome blockers to adoption
    Work with our Product Team to continually enhance our Post Completion offering through clear user feedback
    Partner with Marketing to generate Post Completion leads through targeted campaigns for spending clients
    Own and continuously develop Post Completion reporting for clients with a growing need across requisition reporting
    Support Account Managers, BDMs, and clients with complex Post Completion queries
    Build and improve on current client facing literature including marketing material and user guides
    Required skills:
    Ability to build and nurture both internal and external relationships
    Proven track record of technical sales
    Confident in analysing and presenting data to decision makers
    Strong negotiation and objection handling
    A strong team player, working towards collective goals
    Commercially aware and able to spot growth opportunities
    Ability to sell consultatively and clearly demonstrate value
    Bonus points:
    Knowledge of property Post Completion processes
    * Having worked within legal technology sales or have been practising property law with a strong interest transitioning into a sales role.
