    The Role
    We are looking for a skilled Cabinetry Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience installing cabinetry and related trim in residential spaces, ensuring each job is level, secure, and finished to perfection. You should be able to read and interpret drawings, communicate professionally with clients and coworkers, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and install vehicle.

    Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
    Work independently and collaboratively with the team
    Maintain a clean and organized install vehicle
    Professionally communicate with clients and project managers
    What We’re Looking For
    Experience: Proven experience as a cabinetry installer or carpenter
    Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools used in cabinet installation
    Attention to Detail: Strong problem\-solving skills and a commitment to quality
    Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy materials and work on\-site as needed
    Reliability: Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop in Caledonia
    Bonus: WHMIS, First Aid, or other certifications are a plus
