    HR Manager
    Act as strategic HR partner and advisor to the key stakeholders \& HR Operations Manager across the region
    Responsible and manage the day\-to\-day regional/ global HR Operations functions
    Perform as a HR Operations expert to develop the required global/ regional location work rules as well as the Employee Handbook
    Work closely with HR Director to manage and support the HR operations in smooth running of the HR global/regional operations
    Oversee and run onboarding and NH orientation for our new joiners
    Benefits Administration and Support (including 401(K)), point of contact for benefits broker
    Support Global Learning Design and Development including manager development training
    Performance Management
    Support director with ad\-hoc employee relations issues
    Manage and execute all relocation requests across HK to other locations.
    Ensure that visa applications and visa transfer cases are handled in a timely manner
    Provide professional advice and support to the staff on employee\-related issues, and ensure the HR practices are in line with the company policy, grievances and relevant local laws
    * Support the global and group HR Operations projects
