    Role: Plumber/Gasfitter
    Placement: Full\-time
    Shift: Monday to Friday
    Hours: 7:00 – 15:30
    Special Note: Overtime, weekends, shift\-work and on\-call requirements are required as part of the job in addition to the above
    The Basics:
    Wage is based on experience
    Some out of town work required
    You must be able to provide frequent pre\-access drug and alcohol testing (minimum monthly) for various clients – at this time our clients complete urine\-based testing with breath alcohol and screen for cannabis (THC)
    You must thrive in a fast\-paced environment; it is part of the fun here!
    Have the ability to work in a physical environment (the ability to manually lift, carry, walk, stand, crawl and climb at a constant pace)
    You are on the hook for power tools and hand tools – we provide all consumables, speciality tools and rebates
    Ability to read, write and understand English at an intermediate level
    The Ideal Candidate:
    Holds a valid ticket in plumbing and gasfitting
    Can perform basic installations of plumbing systems (HDPE water main, copper water lines, ABS drainage, fixture installation, etc.)
    Performs basic install of gas systems (threading steel pipe, using pipe tools, commissioning, etc.)
    Able to work independently without supervision
    Holds the ability to manage tasks
    Assets:
    Additional trade tickets (Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection, Ariel Work Platform, Standard First Aid, H2S, Confined Space Entry and Monitor, CSTS\-2020, etc.)
    Class 5 Operators Licence
    Experience working with modular trailers
