Responsibilities
- Manage website content updates and SEO optimization
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Draft and publish newsletters, blogs, client alerts, and email campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal advertising rules

- The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients, retain current ones, and promote the law firmβs brand. This role involves digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, event planning, and client engagement initiatives tailored to a legal services environment.
- β’ $25\.00 per hour Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Digital Marketing \& Content
Manage website content updates and SEO optimization.
Create and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

2\. Branding \& Collateral
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal advertising rules.

3\. Event \& Campaign Management
Coordinate webinars, speaking engagements, CLE events, and client appreciation events.
Support sponsorships and legal conference participation.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. JD or legal experience a plus.
Experience:
2β5 years in marketing or business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
Skills:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
Familiarity with legal industry trends and ethical advertising guidelines.
Detail\-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in managing website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Understanding of SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Comfortable collaborating with attorneys and C\-level executives.
Self\-starter with analytical thinking and creative execution.
