    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented CAD/CAM Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in programming for lathes and mill\-turn centers, with a preference for familiarity with Autodesk Inventor. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, accurate, and high\-quality production in a fast\-paced, high\-mix, low\-volume manufacturing environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling, turning, and mill\-turn equipment.
    Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.
    Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD\&T specifications.
    Select tools, define setup sheets, and document processes for repeatability.
    Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously improve cycle times and process reliability.
    Manage and maintain the integrity of CAD/CAM files and documentation.
    Minimum Requirements:
    Proficiency in Mastercam (version 2022 or later) for CNC lathe and mill programming.
    Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience.
    Strong knowledge of machining operations and cutting parameters.
    Experience working with technical drawings and 3D models.
    Hands\-on understanding of lathe and mill\-turn machine functionality.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software.
    Programming experience for mill\-turn centers, especially Okuma MULTUS or similar platforms.
    Familiarity with G\-code, post\-processor editing, and custom macros.
    Background in precision machining with tolerances as tight as ±0\.0005".
    Prior work in high\-mix, low\-volume manufacturing environments.
    * Prior use of Vericut for toolpath verification and collision detection.
