Role Summary
UK Connect seeks a proactive Stock \& Asset Coordinator with a strong track record in dynamic support roles. This vital position supports the Stock and Asset Team Leader in ensuring smooth operations, including managing incoming goods, preparing equipment for dispatch, and handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of the stock and asset function across the business.

About You

You thrive under pressure, expertly juggling a demanding workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Maintain organised and tidy stock room areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming equipment, kit, and assets.
Prepare kit and assets for dispatch to various sites and field technicians.
Oversee post room operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Escort delivery drivers to and from site gates, managing all logistics related to deliveries.
Raise and update Purchase Orders in line with incoming stock and deliveries.
Provide ad\-hoc administrative support to the Senior Stock \& Asset Coordinator and cover during absences to maintain smooth operation of the stock and asset function.
PAT testing stock room equipment.

Experience
Preferably experience in a stock room role or similar.
