Responsibilities

Full job description
    MS Dynamics 365 Developer
    OM Group, Inc. is hiring a full stack developer to design, build, and maintain Project features across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, MS SQL Server, and Oracle, supporting nationwide disaster response operations. This is a full time remote position based in Mobile, AL.
    Responsibilities
    Maintain and administer MS Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Platform
     Develop and refactor C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python components
    Write complex TSQL and PL/SQL queries; optimize indexes and stored procedures for large datasets
     Integrate GIS layers, data grids, charts, and external APIs (CEFMS, REDi) into intuitive UIs
    Participate in Scrum ceremonies; size backlog items; deliver potentially shippable increments each sprint
     Maintain four parallel environments (Dev/Test/Train/Prod); automate deployments via Azure DevOps pipelines
    Perform peer code reviews and static scan remediation to meet Application STIG requirements
     Document architecture diagrams, dataflow charts, and release notes for every build
    Qualifications
    Two+ years full stack development experience
     Two+ years web development experience
    Experience with with MS Dynamics365 / Power Apps
     IATII – Information Assurance Technical Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
    MCSD – Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer
     Hands on experience with source control (Git), work item tracking, and CI/CD in Azure DevOps
    Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues within SLA and provide on call support during emergencies
     GIS development using Esri JS API or Leaflet
    Experience migrating legacy Oracle data to SQL Server via ETL tools
     Secret security clearance ideal but not required
    Availability to work Central Time Zone
     NACI federal background investigation required
