Full job description
    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting the HR Director in achieving organizational goals. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in overseeing the day\-to\-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
    Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
    Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Assist in managing Workers Comp
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR\-related matters.
    Lead HR projects and initiatives set forth by Director to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
    Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    Assist the HR Director in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
    Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records and HR documentation.
    Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices.
    Ensures compliance with HR laws and regulations at a higher level.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
