    Description:
    We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to administer and oversee the benefit and personnel matters of the Home according to company policies and procedures, applicable laws, regulations and standards. The HR Manager consults with and advises the Home Administrator and staff on HR\-related issues. This position supervises a part\-time Human Resources Assistant.
