    Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care
    Location: Warrington
    Salary: £13\.80 per hour \+ £50 per sleep\-in
    Are you looking to play a meaningful role in the lives of vulnerable young people? We are hiring a Senior Support Worker to help create a safe, structured and caring environment for children in residential care.
    About the Role
    You will be part of a small, supportive team working directly with children to provide stability, emotional guidance and daily structure. From cooking meals to participating in recreational activities, your input will help shape each young person’s future in a positive way.
    Working Pattern
    Two days on, four days off (includes sleep\-ins)
    Approximately 10 to 11 shifts per month
    Consistent rolling rota to support a healthy work\-life balance
