- Qualifications & Requirements:
- β’ Bachelorβs/ Masterβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- β’ Minimum \5-7 years\ of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.

- β’ Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled and unskilled construction workers, engineers, and office staff.
- β’ Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards.
- β’ Administer and oversee payroll preparation, benefits, and compensation programs.
- β’ Develop and implement training programs for skill development and compliance with safety protocols.
- β’ Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- β’ Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address workforce challenges.
- β’ Conduct periodic site visits to ensure HR policies and safety protocols are implemented effectively.
- β’ Ensure that necessary registers are maintained and checked regularly for compliance and accuracy.
- β’ Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.
