  • β€’ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • β€’ Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled and unskilled construction workers, engineers, and office staff.
  • β€’ Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • β€’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards.
  • β€’ Administer and oversee payroll preparation, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • β€’ Develop and implement training programs for skill development and compliance with safety protocols.
  • β€’ Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • β€’ Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address workforce challenges.
  • β€’ Conduct periodic site visits to ensure HR policies and safety protocols are implemented effectively.
  • β€’ Ensure that necessary registers are maintained and checked regularly for compliance and accuracy.
  • β€’ Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.
