    We are currently recruiting Commission ONLY Commercial solar Sales Consultants in our growing Solar sales team based at our Gorslas office. You will be generating and contacting qualified leads to sell Solar PV to commercial customers.
    You will discuss the benefits of our solar energy, battery products and the design of a system to suit their energy needs.
    With the ever\-increasing cost of energy, customer are needing to switch to cheaper alternatives like Solar, Battery systems
    We hold many accreditations to give customers piece of mind, IWA, NAPIT, MCS, and many more.

    Main Responsibilities
    Take responsibility for turning prospects into customers
    Your role will be to inform and support the customer to make the right choices for their home
    You will need the ability to follow policies and sales procedures
    Selling Compliantly and within Regulatory standards is critical.
    Ideal candidates will be:
    Good communicators via telephone with polite manner
    Target driven –
    Professional – Every team member must ensure that they conduct themselves in a professional manner, whilst always ensuring they are well presented.
    A Positive Person. We pride ourselves on a positive environment to work in and need like minded people to work alongside.
    A proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Direct sales or Telesales with a proven record of achievement and success
    Ability to take on technical training in Renewables and Spray Foam Insulation products
    Ability to engage with the customer through the sales journey
    Organised and structured in your day\-to\-day work
    Great communication skills – both written and oral
    Experience of objection handling
    Self\-motivated with an understanding of the selling process
    Salary: 10% flat rate of NET sales uncapped commission structure
    Training in our products will be given.
    Previous successful selling ability is preferable.
