Wargrave House School (ages 5 – 16\) \& Ascent College (ages 16 – 25\) operate a non\-maintained special school and independent specialist college with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to Autistic young people. We are the first national provider to receive Beacon status from the National Autistic Society.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward\-thinking Assistant Head teacher – Curriculum and Assessment to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every pupil receives a high\-quality, personalised education that enables them to achieve their full potential. You will lead on curriculum design, assessment strategies, and data\-driven decision\-making to drive progress and engagement across the school.

Do you have a deep understanding of how to design an inclusive and engaging curriculum for autistic learners for pre stage, early years and primary?
Can you develop and implement effective assessment systems that truly reflect the progress of students with a wide range of abilities and needs?
Are you skilled in using data to inform teaching and learning, ensuring every pupil receives the right level of challenge and support?
Do you have the leadership qualities to inspire and empower staff in delivering outstanding teaching and learning?
