Responsibilities
  • work with the leadership team to implement strategic direction for the company
  • lead, manage, assist hr generalist/recruiter
  • oversee all aspects of employee onboarding experience
  • oversee credentialing process for clinical staff
  • support with annual audits from cmh and insurance companies
  • coordinate benefit packages for staff on an annual basis
  • lead all employee-related benefit programs, including but not limited to pmla, pto and all insurance options
  • lead all employee-related concerns, including but not limited to fmla requests, short term disability, employee improvement plans and unemployment claims
  • lead all employee improvement and sanction plans
  • manage employee portal
Requirements
  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 5 years' experience in hr management positions
  • previous healthcare experience and shrm or other hr certification/membership is a bonus
  • must be willing to travel to all ctc locations

    Children’s Therapy Corner is a family-owned outpatient pediatric therapeutic facility located in Midland, Lansing, Grand Rapids and Traverse City that specializes in speech and language, occupational, physical and ABA therapies since 1997. We are looking for a HR Manager to join our HR.

    Responsibilities
    Work with the leadership team to implement strategic direction for the company
    Lead, Manage, Assist HR Generalist/Recruiter
    Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding experience
    Oversee credentialing process for clinical staff
    Support with annual audits from CMH and insurance companies
    Coordinate benefit packages for staff on an annual basis
    Lead all employee related benefit programs, including but not limited to PMLA, PTO and all insurance options.
    Lead all employee related concerns, including but not limited to FMLA requests, short term disability, employee improvement plans and unemployment claims.
    Lead all employee improvement and santion plans.
    Manage employee portal
    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree
    Must be willing to travel to all CTC locations (Midland, Lansing, Traverse City and Grand Rapids).
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management positions.
    Previous healthcare experience and SHRM or other HR certification/membership is a bonus
