- Due to ongoing expansion at Mainline Optical Connections we are looking for a new Sales Assistant to join our team!
- • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products \
- • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns \
- • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals \
- • Stay up\-to\-date with product knowledge and promotions Qualifications:
- • Optical experience is preferred but not essential \
- • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred \
- • Confident Telephone Manner \
- • Good Computing Skills \
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills \
- • Ability to work well in a team environment \
- • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals (retail math) \
