Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of products from ideation to launch
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products
• Develop business cases and project plans for approved product initiatives
• Manage and support committees dedicated to product development
• Lead the analysis of member feedback and usage of data
• Develop and manage budgets for product initiatives
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs
• Develop and automate reporting solutions for real-time insights
• Train staff on how to use dashboards effectively

Requirements

• 5 years+ experience in product management, service management, or a related role
• 7 years+ experience as a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency with analytics tools including PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
• Familiarity with AMS and LMS platforms
• Knowledge of survey tools and data analysis for member feedback
• Proven history of creating dashboards that drive decision-making
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting multiple requests and deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
