    The Role — Client Success Manager:
    As a Client Success Manager at Optable, you’ll be the primary relationship owner for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business drivers, strategic objectives, and success metrics, then design and execute success plans that align with those goals.

    This role requires a balance of customer\-facing leadership, strategic thinking, and solution delivery. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through their lifecycle with Optable — from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion — always with a focus on delivering measurable results and ROI.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Client Relationship Management• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trust\-based relationships.

    Lead regular business reviews and check\-ins to ensure customer goals are being met.
    Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and priorities.
    Customer Engagement \& Business Alignment• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business drivers, strategic priorities, and KPIs.

    Design and execute customer success plans that align Optable’s solutions with their goals.
    Deliver presentations, insights, and recommendations to demonstrate value and ROI.
    Value Delivery \& Solution Adoption• Ensure customers adopt and fully leverage Optable’s platform to achieve their desired outcomes.

    Proactively identify opportunities for customers to expand usage and unlock new value.
    Liaise with Solutions Architects and Product Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful delivery.
    Customer Advocacy \& Growth• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal by ensuring value realization.

    Partner with Sales to identify and support expansion opportunities within accounts.
    Champion success stories that highlight Optable’s impact on customer outcomes.
    Qualifications:
    10 years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer\-facing role within data\-focused advertising platforms, adtech, or SaaS environments.
    Strong understanding of advertising and media industry dynamics, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
    Exceptional relationship\-building and communication skills, capable of leading conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
    Strategic thinker with a customer\-first mindset, skilled at aligning solutions with business objectives.
    Proven ability to demonstrate ROI and articulate the value of technology solutions.
    Experience collaborating cross\-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
    Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights and recommendations that resonate at both executive and operational levels.
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
