- We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands\-on experience in business process mapping, analyzing and documenting business requirements, data mapping, and planning test activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business operations and technical workflows, with a proven ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation. Familiarity with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) frameworks, including its policies, procedures, and best practices, is important for aligning with IT service management standards.
The role requires strong experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint , and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines is a key expectation. Strong communication skills are essentialβyou must be able to explain technical concepts in a way that non\-technical stakeholders can easily understand, both in written documentation and during discussions or presentations. Additionally, this role may require you to act as an Agile Product Owner when needed, supporting the business teams by prioritizing requirements, managing backlogs, and working closely with development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
