    About the Opportunity
    The Multimedia Designer is a graphic design professional responsible for integrating various types of visual media for both print and digital media which includes creating and editing assets for commercials, social media posts, video stories, advertising, websites, digital displays/marquees and a variety of print collateral. The Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and providing engaging content using static and motion graphic images, animation, and video as best suits the objectives and specifications of a given project. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, the position collaborates with the Director of Marketing and Director of Patron Communications to brainstorm ideas, produce concepts, perform edits and revisions, and final design that meet brand standards, project goals and deadlines.
    Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications
    Create original art for a variety of visual media channels and print collateral material supporting the project objectives and specifications with attention to demographics, key messages, and call to action (CTA).
    Source or obtain content and admats to produce final design key art for a variety of media and specifications (e.g. website, digital venue displays, digital advertising placements, venue marquees, social media reels, print collateral including advertisements, catalogs, posters, etc.)
    Create and edit streaming credits, ensuring adherence to brand and design templates.
    Develop visually striking commercials that effectively communicate the essence and appeal of our events and activities.
    Capture and edit interview footage to create compelling and engaging narratives that align with communications goals.
    Create short and impactful video assets for various digital media platforms, understanding the technical and creative nuances of each channel and application.
    Source and edit video material, ensuring high\-quality editing to meet project objectives.
    Clip and edit performance footage to create shortened promotional videos for marketing and advertising purposes.
    Manipulate and re\-touch photos (including but not limited to creating and/or editing hair, adjusting arm and leg lengths, clothing, etc.), color correcting photos as well as outlining/masking as needed.
    Ensure design for print meets requirements of postal mailing specifications to ensure mail pieces are delivered on time.
    Adhere to the visual identity system, design templates and graphic standards including photos, fonts, and color palette in FIM brand identity system.
    Adhere to design and production timeline provided by Sr Manager, Marketing Operations, providing strong service and communication including timely notification of projects experiencing delays.
    Attend meetings as directed by Sr Manager, Marketing Operations.
    Maintain skills in design and relevant software and stay up to date on industry trends.
    Assist with in\-house print production as requested.
    Additional duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    3\+ years professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising setting.
    Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
    Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and meet all required deadlines; ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate and manage own work with great attention to detail; and, ability to work unsupervised and make decisions and solve problems independently and effectively.
    Ability to quickly produce digital assets, including videos for website, social media and emails
    Strong understanding of digital and print design processes.
    Experience managing and maintaining brand identity systems.
    Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
    Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
    Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
