Requirements

• bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
• shrm-cp or shrm-scp preferred
• minimum of 5 years in a progressive human resource position with supervisory experience
• proficient in english written, verbal communication, and listening skills
• ability to think critically and make decisions
• ability to maintain confidential information
• knowledge of applicant tracking systems and processes
