Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management by assisting managers with goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and support open enrollment.
  • Assist with payroll processing and compensation-related tasks.
  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs to support employee growth and skill development.
  • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving learning objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and support organizational initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
  • Prior HR experience through full-time roles or internships.
  • Background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration preferred.
