Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate onboarding processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a healthy workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management by assisting managers with goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and support open enrollment.
- Assist with payroll processing and compensation-related tasks.
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs to support employee growth and skill development.
- Facilitate training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving learning objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and support organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Prior HR experience through full-time roles or internships.
- Background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration preferred.
