Responsibilities
- Own the existing sales growth and expansion strategy for a portfolio of high-potential client accounts
- Transition ownership of accounts from new logo Solution Leads
- Plan on-site client visits at least once a quarter
- Spearhead efforts to grow bookings within our existing client base
- Work closely with the Delivery team to drive upsells
- Utilize B2B sales expertise to negotiate contracts
- Create a roadmap for every account in your portfolio
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Account Director, Client Partner, or Engagement Manager at a marketing technology consultancy
- A track record of successfully managing sales quotas in B2B sales
- Experience and confidence in leading meetings with all levels of marketing organizations
- A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success
- Focus on learning and desire to be an expert in the Braze tech stack
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
