Responsibilities

• Contribute to front-end and back-end development for our web-based applications
• Assist in maintaining and improving our AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• Help integrate with IoT devices and third-party APIs
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces
• Participate in the development of RESTful APIs
• Follow secure coding practices and assist in maintaining security of utility data
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA as part of a collaborative development team
• Participate in Agile development processes

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React or Angular) and back-end languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience working with AWS services or cloud-based infrastructure
• Proficiency working with version control tools (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR and government contract requirements
