Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process for multiple product features, ensuring seamless and user\-friendly experiences for a wide range of stakeholders. You will be involved in research, ideation, prototyping, and design iterations, creating solutions that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead UX research through user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviours, needs, and challenges.
     Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, workflows, and design solutions that improve usability and satisfaction.
    Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
     Collaborate with engineers and backend developers to create clear and usable data visualisations.
    Optimise dashboard layouts and user interfaces for various operational scenarios.
     Conduct usability testing with end\-users and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
    Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with user\-centered design principles.
     Work closely with cross\-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
    Contribute to design systems, style guides, and best practice frameworks for UI/UX.
    Requirements
     At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end\-to\-end design work.
    Experience in mission\-critical systems, cybersecurity, or complex operational environments will be an advantage.
     Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into practical design solutions.
    Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
     Familiarity with front\-end development concepts and agile working environments.
    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
     Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
