Responsibilities
- Update our applicant tracking system with candidate information for every new job opening
- Post job ads on social media platforms, websites, and online job portals
- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Answer the candidateβs questions and concerns regarding the company structure
- Conduct phone screenings
- Draft offer letters for new employees
- Data entry into a system
- Maintain recruiting database and candidate files
Requirements
- Graduates or near-graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A curiosity and desire to learn
- Must be outgoing and have the ability to connect with individuals on the phone
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and creative
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Entering payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus

We are searching for a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our company and assist our HR team in providing administrative support during the entire recruitment process. This will include preparing job descriptions, posting job ads online, screening candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews with candidates, conducting background checks, and following up with selected candidates under the supervision of hiring managers. Other duties may include preparing offer letters and assisting them with completing their paperwork.
Responsibilities:
