Responsibilities
  • develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
  • act as a strategic advisor to senior management
  • oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
  • manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement programs
  • handle workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
  • develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance review processes
  • identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
  • lead or support initiatives for leadership training, DEI, and performance improvement
  • maintain HRIS and personnel records accurately
  • generate reports and analytics to support decision-making
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • in-depth knowledge of employment laws
