Responsibilities
- develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
- act as a strategic advisor to senior management
- oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement programs
- handle workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
- develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance review processes
- identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
- lead or support initiatives for leadership training, DEI, and performance improvement
- maintain HRIS and personnel records accurately
- generate reports and analytics to support decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 2 years in a managerial role
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- in-depth knowledge of employment laws
