Responsibilities

• Developing and driving the overall product strategy
• Providing visionary leadership to ensure product roadmap alignment
• Driving end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Defining and tracking key product metrics
• Owning product backlog prioritization
• Serving as the voice of the customer
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Leading cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinating multiple teams and workstreams
• Acting as the bridge between business and technology
• Setting and tracking product goals
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven validation
• Communicating product strategies and progress
• Providing regular reports on product performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Manager role
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience
• High level of ownership and autonomy
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems is highly desirable
• Prior experience managing B2B products is a significant advantage
• Solid understanding of marketing principles is a plus
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
