Responsibilities

• support UX discovery activities, including research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing
• collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and analysts
• translate complex user needs into clear, actionable design outputs
• ensure all outputs meet required accessibility standards
• build strong client relationships and influence key product decisions
• contribute to business development by supporting pitches and proposals
• refine and improve internal UX processes, tools, and frameworks
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
