    Intensive Family Help Practitioner (Edge of Care)
    As an Intensive Family Help Practitioner you will provide a range of interventions to children and families and undertake planned and emergency intensive support with families to try to reduce family crisis, improve family functioning and prevent children entering care using a range of intervention methods and skills.
    You will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely to provide support for families in crisis, prevent breakdown, meet need at lowest level and prevent escalation to statutory services.
    You will deliver specific evidence\-based programmes to individuals and groups of children, young people or families to improve outcomes, raise aspiration, introduce positive activities and safely keep families together.
