Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community’s revenue and occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in.
• Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities.
• Track apartment availability with property management software.
• Ensure community and show units meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Respond to resident and client/owner concerns.

Requirements

• Must possess all necessary licenses and/or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
