    Chow Tai Fook Toronto is looking for a Store Manager.
    Duties:
    Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
     Lead, supervise, and train staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
    Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
     Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
    Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and drive revenue growth
     Build strong sales and service relationships with customers in all aspect of store operations
    Create a learning environment to coach and develop our Retail Team Members
     Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
    Requirements:
    2\-3 years of management experience, preferably in retail
     Experience in HR\-related tasks such as hiring, performance management, and daily operations
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
     Strong organizational and time management skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
    Able to commute to different store locations as needed
