Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new service business opportunities within the APAC region to drive growth
• Lead service sales initiatives, collaborating with sales, operations, and product teams to meet service sales targets
• Develop and execute account plans to qualify and quantify opportunities in existing accounts
• Communicate Nokia's Services Portfolio and roadmap through engaging presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborate with Sales teams to design service offerings tailored to customer needs
• Oversee team management, providing leadership and fostering a high-performance culture
• Monitor market trends and customer purchasing behavior to inform strategic service product development
• Extensive travel around the region

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales and/or service management experience in telecommunications/networking
• Strong understanding of metro, regional, and global service providers' purchasing behavior
• Proven experience in bid management, including proposal submissions
• Knowledge of networking architectures and support services
