Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for the Director.
- Overseeing inbox management and preparing agendas.
- Acting as interface between the Director and wider FCA.
- Preparing agendas, coordinating briefings and managing meetings documents.
- Assisting senior leadership team through effective agenda management.
- Providing central support for FCA systems including Workday and SharePoint.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a role which has required strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in processing and summarising complex information.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support.
- Proactive approach to supporting a senior leader.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
